Cord Cutting

I am going to do some cord cutting later today.
I feel I am becoming dependant on energies and unnecessarily upset/disappointed.

Mia,good idea, in fact cut chords often, even when you think you do not need to, everyday is a new day with new energies coming in We have positive & negative energies constantly bombarding our spirits....

how i release and calm my inner spirit is to bathe and meditate good thoughs..

i am becoming more attune to my empathic nature, though this is something new in my life . hmmmmm maybe the last 2/3 years... i have noticed a shift to my Intuitive gifts... though Pain was not something i would have assigned in my birth chart ....

But i know when pain suddenly strikes.. I know where it is coming from... if it isn't my pain.. i ask for guidance clarity and patience to help me to understand the source of this pain...

i send it light healing, & then the pain subsides almost instantly as it came

Permanently and completely, lovingly, yet fully
